Write to [email protected]. It is read by a person.
Two kinds of error are possible here, and both are worth reporting.
A wrong number. The order-flow figures are computed by us from exchange data, so a mistake in one is our arithmetic or our pipeline. Send the page and what looks wrong; these get fixed at the source and the affected pages recomputed.
A wrong summary. If a summary misstates the story it is based on, name the page and we will correct or remove it.
If you are a publisher and want your reporting handled differently - summarised otherwise, or not at all - say so and we will act on it.
We do not give investment advice, we cannot tell you what to buy, and we have no access to anyone's exchange account or funds. Whalio will never ask you for a private key, a seed phrase, an exchange API key or a payment. Anyone doing so in our name is not us.
