Binance Button Game offers 30 BNB prize for hitting zero timer

BNB (BNB) Editor: Eugene Serbin

Tradersunion.com reports that Binance has launched the Button Game, a timed event where users can win a 30 BNB token voucher. Participants must click a button to make a countdown timer reach exactly 00:00 to claim the reward. The promotion runs as part of the Binance Welcome Carnival, starting on September 10, 2026, at 16:00 UTC.

The event lasts up to 30 days or until a winner is determined, requiring a minimum of 50,000 registered participants to begin. Each user receives three initial click attempts, with additional chances earned through deposits, trading, or referrals. If no one hits the exact time, those with the closest attempts share the prize.

Eligibility requires identity verification, though some regions and trading pairs are excluded. Binance, headquartered in Hong Kong, is known for high trading volumes and its proprietary BNB Coin. The exchange previously invested $100 million in Circle to strengthen its stablecoin partnership. Users can register via the official link to participate in the event.

Whalio data shows BNB trading at $788.38 with a 1-hour buy ratio of 56.5% and a 4-hour ratio of 57.4%. These short-term figures indicate strong buying pressure, contrasting with a 24-hour buy ratio of 47.6%. Volume deltas reflect this shift, showing positive inflows of $902,091 over the last hour and $2,858,109 over four hours. However, the 24-hour volume delta remains negative at -$6,942,198, suggesting earlier selling pressure has been offset recently. The Cumulative Volume Delta for the 24-hour close is positive at $324,290, indicating net buying over the full day. This suggests that while the day started with net outflows, recent activity has turned bullish.

The latest daily buy ratio of 46.4% sits at the 18th percentile of the last 322 days, against a median of 49.2% - weaker buying than most days.

The latest day shows a buy ratio 0.8 points lower than the average, indicating a marginal shift toward selling compared to the weekly trend. Despite this increased volume, the 8-day volume delta was negative at -$28,800,539, contrasting with the recent positive hourly deltas. The price rose 10.7% over eight days, but the weekly context shows only two days of net buying out of seven. This suggests the recent price gain occurred despite a generally net-outflowing week until the latest surge.
