Whale withdraws $9.93M in UNI, BNB, and LTC from Binance
lookonchain.com reports that a newly created wallet address, 0xC374, executed a large withdrawal from Binance approximately one hour ago. The address pulled out 814,020 UNI tokens, which were valued at $7.24 million at the time of the transfer. In the same operation, the wallet also removed 2,382 BNB, worth $1.85 million, and 12,397 LTC valued at $841,000.
These combined assets bring the total value of the single withdrawal event to roughly $9.93 million. The move occurred while markets were reacting to news that the US and Iran are discussing a phased restart of the Strait of Hormuz. This diplomatic development triggered a sharp rally in the three major U.S. stock indexes.
Meanwhile, Ethereum surged past $2,700, posting a 1.45% gain over the last 24 hours. Multicoin stated that on-chain Real World Assets will usher in the DeFi 2.0 era, with order books replacing Automated Market Makers. Additionally, Genius Terminal Co-Founder noted that rules are adjustable and personal tokens will not unlock before user tokens.
How the market reacted
Whalio's own Binance spot order flow for BNB, measured when this story was written up on 24 September 2026. Not the outlet's figures.
Whalio data shows BNB trading at $767.38 with a 24-hour buy ratio of 48.2%, indicating a near-even split in order flow. The 1-hour buy ratio stands at 48.7%, while the 4-hour ratio drops to 43.6%, suggesting that short-term buying pressure is fading compared to the broader daily trend. Volume delta reflects this shift, showing a net outflow of $64,837 in the last hour and $2,334,497 over four hours. Over the full day, the net volume delta is -$5,590,604, confirming that sellers have dominated the session. The Cumulative Volume Delta closed at -$3,224,102, further highlighting the bearish pressure on the spot market.
The latest daily buy ratio of 46.4% sits at the 18th percentile of the last 322 days, against a median of 49.2% - weaker buying than most days.
Was that an ordinary day?
The same Binance spot measurements for BNB, averaged over the days leading up to the story.
Compared to the preceding week, the current 24-hour buy ratio of 48.2% is slightly below the 7-day average of 48.5%. Trading volume has increased to 1.21 times the weekly average, indicating heightened activity despite the lower buying ratio. Net buying days have been scarce, with only 2 out of the last 7 days showing positive flow. The price has risen 5.7% over the eight-day period, even as the total volume delta for that span sits at -$29,538,496. This suggests that the recent price action has been driven by volume surges rather than sustained net buying pressure.
