Litecoin mirrors XRP and QNT pre-breakout patterns

Litecoin (LTC) Editor: Eugene Serbin

digitaltoday.co.kr reports that Litecoin is forming a symmetric triangle pattern similar to those seen in XRP and Quant before their past bull markets. Market research community Ultimate Crypto highlighted that LTC, like the other two assets, has shown lower highs and rising lows over time. XRP broke its long-term downward resistance in late 2024, leading to a 742.67% rise from the structure's bottom to around $3.0687.

Quant also broke above its trend line, rising approximately 427.92% to $299.83, aided by a selection for The Clearing House's on-chain money initiative. Litecoin is currently trading around $66.85 within a consolidation range that has persisted since 2018. Unlike XRP and QNT, Litecoin has not yet broken its upper long-term downward resistance line.

Ultimate Crypto noted that while the sequence of compression and breakout is similar, LTC's market capitalization and supply structure differ. The community suggested that if investors missed the moves in XRP and QNT, they should watch LTC over the long term. However, they warned that past gains from the other assets should not be applied directly to Litecoin's target price. A key metric for the technical trend is whether LTC can move above and hold prices above that resistance line.
