Gravity Glider Launches $GGLIDE on Solana After Three-Year Dev

Pump.fun (PUMP) Editor: Eugene Serbin

Techbullion.com reports that solo developer Howie is launching the community coin $GGLIDE for his retro arcade game, Gravity Glider, on October 1, 2026. The token goes live on Pump.fun on the Solana blockchain at 8pm AWST, marking the end of a three-year development period by the Perth-based creator. Unlike many projects that launch a coin first, Gravity Glider is already a free-to-play browser game featuring eight worlds and eight boss fights.

Players pilot a flying car through hand-crafted levels, collecting coins and upgrading vehicle parts like engines and suspension before facing bosses such as Commander X and Triton. Howie states that the game is earning the coin rather than the other way around, noting he built every boss and level himself. The coin allows players who enjoy the game to participate in its future development.

Full tokenomics and the developer’s disclosed wallet are available on the official website, with the contract address reserved for gravityglider.com and the project’s X account. After launch, the roadmap prioritizes new levels, in-game events, and a mobile-friendly version of the game. The project is described as a meme coin with no intrinsic value or expectation of financial return.

Whalio’s Binance Spot data for PUMP shows a price of $0.003853 with a 24-hour spot volume of $23,589,540 across 173,270 trades. The 24-hour buy ratio stands at 51.8%, indicating that buyers held a slight majority of volume over the full day. However, shorter-term pressure shows a decline, with the 1-hour buy ratio dropping to 43.9% and the 4-hour ratio at 46.6%. This suggests that buying momentum is fading in the immediate term compared to the daily average. Cumulative Volume Delta (CVD) closed at -$676,634, indicating that aggressive selling pressure outweighed buying pressure at the close of the period.

The latest daily buy ratio of 50.6% sits at the 63rd percentile of the last 322 days, against a median of 49.3% - ordinary for this coin.
