Raydium Hits Highest Daily Revenue Since July 2025

Raydium (RAY) Editor: Eugene Serbin

Cryptobriefing.com reports that Raydium generated $440,000 in protocol revenue on September 6, marking its best single day since July 2025. This surge was triggered by an integration between the token-launch platform StonkFun and Raydium’s LaunchLab infrastructure. The event caused StonkFun’s native token, STONK, to rise more than 250% and reach an approximate market cap of $140 million.

Simultaneously, Raydium’s RAY token climbed over 40% as traders entered newly expanded liquidity pools. StonkFun specializes in tokenized representations of traditional financial assets, allowing DeFi users to access price exposure on instruments usually restricted to brokerage accounts. Prior to this deeper integration, the platform had already routed approximately $219 million in trading volume through Raydium.

The new setup supports permissionless deployments with a reduced cost of 0.03 SOL, down from 0.29 SOL. This allows tokens to launch along bonding curves before graduating to standard liquidity pools, generating fees at every stage. Custom quote assets enable tailored trading pairs, attracting specialized liquidity providers to specific asset combinations. By becoming the infrastructure where new tokens are born, Raydium captures trading activity that competitors like Orca and Jupiter might miss.

Whalio spot data for RAY shows a price of $1.29 with a 24-hour buy ratio of 52.3%, indicating that buyers controlled the majority of volume over the full day. However, shorter timeframes show weakening momentum, with the 1-hour buy ratio at 46.8% and the 4-hour ratio at 44.4%, suggesting buying pressure is fading in the immediate term. The 24-hour volume delta is positive at $1,837,182, meaning net buying exceeded net selling over the day. In contrast, the 1-hour and 4-hour volume deltas are negative, reflecting recent profit-taking or reduced aggression. The cumulative volume delta (CVD) closed at -$100,984, indicating that late-day selling offset earlier gains. Net buying occurred for only 8 of the 24 hours, highlighting a shift from accumulation to distribution.

The latest daily buy ratio of 45.0% sits at the 11th percentile of the last 322 days, against a median of 50.1% - weaker buying than most days.
