Binance to merge Stargate into LayerZero with fixed conversion ratio

LayerZero (ZRO) Editor: Eugene Serbin

Lookonchain.com reports that Binance will support the merger of Stargate into Layerzero. The exchange will delist all STG spot trading pairs starting at 11:00 UTC+8 on October 6, 2026. Unfilled orders will be cancelled at that time, and deposits and withdrawals will be suspended at 11:30.

The conversion ratio is set at 1 STG to 0.08634 ZRO. Existing ZRO trading pairs will remain unaffected by this change. For spot copy trading, pairs are removed at 03:00 UTC on October 5.

Open positions are transferred to spot accounts and trading bots go offline simultaneously. Users must adjust or cancel strategies before the deadline. Sufficient time should be allocated for STG deposits to avoid failed transactions.
