Cardano ADA Slips Below $0.20 as AI Models Predict Volatile September

Cardano (ADA) Editor: Eugene Serbin

Cardano’s ADA token has fallen below the $0.20 psychological level, erasing most of its mid-August gains. cvj.ai reports that the asset recently rebounded from $0.17, indicating that buyers are willing to step in when the price is heavily discounted. ChatGPT forecasts a volatile September with a trading range between $0.18 and $0.27, noting that a move above $0.23 could trigger a rally toward $0.27. Perplexity identifies $0.21 as the critical make-or-break level, arguing that holding this pivot point is essential for maintaining a healthy bull market structure.

Google’s Gemini offers a more cautious view, warning that an extreme pullback to $0.10 is possible if macroeconomic pressures worsen. Gemini also cites CryptoRank data showing ADA closed September in the green only once in the past eight years. The upcoming Federal Open Market Committee meeting adds uncertainty, as a hawkish message could drag Bitcoin lower and push ADA back toward $0.18.

Losing $0.18 support would expose the token to further downside toward $0.14-$0.15. Despite these challenges, ChatGPT suggests September will be about rebuilding the chart rather than launching a major bull run.

ADA is trading at $0.1978 with a 1-hour buy ratio of 53.6%, indicating short-term buyer dominance. However, this momentum fades over longer timeframes, with the 4-hour buy ratio dropping to 47.1% and the 24-hour ratio settling at 48.4%. The 1-hour volume delta shows a net inflow of $56,726, contrasting sharply with a 4-hour outflow of $118,651 and a 24-hour outflow of $627,533. This divergence suggests that while immediate buying pressure exists, it is not sustaining over the longer term. The cumulative volume delta for the 24-hour period closed at -$572,230, confirming that sellers have dominated the day’s total flow. Spot volume reached $19,099,940 across 123,250 trades, with net buying occurring in only 10 of the 24 hours.
