Cardano Partners with UCLA Anderson for Blockchain Education

Cardano (ADA) Editor: Eugene Serbin

cryptowisser.com reports that the Cardano Foundation has entered a multi-year partnership with the Venture Accelerator at UCLA Anderson School of Management. This collaboration aims to provide educational and entrepreneurial opportunities for students and founders within the Cardano ecosystem. Starting in 2027, Cardano Academy content will be integrated into the Blockchain Cryptocurrency Applications in Business and Finance course taught by Alex Nascimento.

An interactive masterclass titled Cardano for the Real World is scheduled for October 19 to introduce enterprise Web3 and decentralized AI agent infrastructure. Participants will develop Web3 business architectures and explore AI-assisted smart contract development, with successful completers receiving a Cardano Foundation-sponsored certification. Cardano operates as a third-generation blockchain using the Ouroboros proof-of-stake mechanism to reduce energy consumption compared to proof-of-work networks.

The ecosystem is managed by Input Output Global, founded by Charles Hoskinson, alongside the Cardano Foundation and Emurgo. ADA serves as the native cryptocurrency for network security, governance, and transaction fees. The partnership creates new touchpoints for early-stage founders to engage with emerging blockchain technologies.
