Avalanche adds $266 million in new RWA in 30 days, price at $11.11: What to watch now

Avalanche (AVAX) Editor: Eugene Serbin

cryptocurrency.com.tr reports that Avalanche absorbed more tokenized stocks and real-world assets in September than any other blockchain. Between August 30 and September 29, the network gained $266 million in RWA market capitalization. This figure exceeds the combined totals of BNB Chain, Robinhood Chain, and X Layer, which added $116 million, $100 million, and $95 million respectively.

The total RWA value across all blockchains rose 15.54 percent to $3.14 billion during this window. Avalanche's price reached $11.11 on October 3, marking a 4.9 percent increase over 24 hours. However, nearly half of the RWA increase originated from a single issuer.

This issuer primarily brought its own token onto the chain rather than diversifying the asset base. The report highlights that real-world assets include money market funds, bonds, equities, and loan receivables. Tokenized stocks represent the sub-segment where company shares exist as tradable tokens.
