Chainlink Oracle Services Launch on Circle's Arc Mainnet

Chainlink (LINK) Editor: Eugene Serbin

cryptowisser.com reports that Chainlink announced via X on Wednesday that Arc, the L1 chain developed by Circle, has launched on mainnet with Chainlink services live from day one. Through Chainlink Scale, Arc is making a substantial capital commitment to provide its ecosystem with cost-efficient access to institutional-grade oracle infrastructure. Chainlink serves as the industry-standard oracle platform, bringing capital markets onchain and powering the majority of decentralized finance.

The network leverages a novel fee model where offchain and onchain revenue from enterprise adoption is converted to LINK tokens and stored in a strategic Chainlink Reserve. LINK is used to pay for platform services and secure the network’s proper functioning. Traditional financial institutions such as SWIFT, DTCC, Euroclear, J.P. Morgan, Mastercard, and UBS are adopting Chainlink as fundamental infrastructure for tokenization.

Demand has already generated hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue across traditional and decentralized use cases. The network aims to provide tamper-proof inputs and outputs of data for smart contracts on any blockchain. LINK is up 3.4% over the past 24 hours, trading at $11.20.

Whalio spot data for LINK shows a price of $11.06, with a 24-hour buy ratio of 51.0% compared to 43.8% over the last hour. The 24-hour volume delta is positive at $455,314, while the 1-hour delta is negative at -$149,618, indicating that buying pressure has faded in the immediate short term. A positive volume delta means more money flowed into buys than sells over that period, whereas a negative delta signals net selling pressure. Despite the recent hourly dip, the 24-hour cumulative volume delta remains positive at $660,940, suggesting net buying dominance over the full day.

The latest daily buy ratio of 49.4% sits at the 56th percentile of the last 322 days, against a median of 48.8% - ordinary for this coin.
