Chainlink Puts U.S. Economic Data on Ten Blockchains

Chainlink (LINK) Editor: Eugene Serbin

According to thecurrencyanalytics.com, Chainlink has launched six data feeds covering U.S. economic indicators across ten blockchain networks. The U.S. Department of Commerce is distributing data from the Bureau of Economic Analysis, which now flows automatically on the BEA's publication schedule. The feeds cover real gross domestic product, the Personal Consumption Expenditures Price Index, and Real Final Sales to Private Domestic Purchasers.

Each indicator is available in two versions: a current level feed and an annualized quarter-over-quarter change feed. Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base, Botanix, Linea, Mantle, Optimism, Sonic, and ZKsync have access from day one. Chainlink holds ISO 27001 certification and SOC 2 Type 1 attestation for its infrastructure.

Standard Chartered sees tokenized assets and decentralized finance growing to $4 trillion by the end of 2028. Pyth Network is also placing selected BEA data on public blockchains alongside Chainlink. The integration aims to make official government data globally accessible through crypto infrastructure. Developers can now build inflation-linked assets and prediction markets using these verified onchain inputs.
