TRON DAO Joins Brazilian Digital Asset Recovery Forum

TRON (TRX) Editor: Eugene Serbin

bitcoinethereumnews.com reports that TRON DAO participated in a training forum in Brasília, Brazil, organized by the Digital Currencies Governance Group and the National Council of the Public Ministry on August 26-27, 2026. The event, titled “Cryptoassets, From Tracing to Recovery,” gathered over 100 senior officials from Brazil’s regulatory, law-enforcement, and judicial institutions. TRON DAO was represented by Community Spokesperson Sam Elfarra and General Counsel John O. Hurston, who were the only blockchain representatives at the gathering.

Elfarra discussed transaction transparency and the role of the T3 Financial Crime Unit in identifying illicit activity. Hurston joined a panel on cross-sector cooperation for freezing, seizing, and recovering digital assets. The forum focused on how public authorities and private participants can coordinate to trace and recover funds.

This engagement marked TRON DAO’s first direct interaction with the CNMP. Elfarra stated, “Engagements like this help build direct, constructive relationships with public institutions and give authorities a better understanding of how blockchain technology works in practice.”

TRX is currently trading at $0.3413 with a 24-hour buy ratio of 55.6%, indicating that buyers controlled the majority of volume over the last day. However, short-term pressure has shifted, with the 1-hour buy ratio dropping to 47.7% and the 4-hour ratio falling further to 42.7%. This decline in the buy ratio suggests that immediate buying momentum is fading compared to the stronger daily trend. Volume Delta reflects this shift, showing a net outflow of -$16,645 in the last hour and -$672,101 over four hours. Despite these short-term outflows, the 24-hour Volume Delta remains positive at +$5,112,914. The Cumulative Volume Delta closed at +$2,014,926, confirming that net buying pressure has dominated the full day despite recent intraday weakness.

The latest daily buy ratio of 49.7% sits at the 33rd percentile of the last 322 days, against a median of 52.4% - ordinary for this coin.

Over the preceding week, TRX saw a 7-day average buy ratio of 51.3%, with the latest day showing a 4.3 percentage point increase above that average. Total Volume Delta for the eight-day period stood at +$12,104,110, while the 24-hour spot volume was $45,612,160, representing 1.12x the average volume. This indicates that trading activity is currently 12% higher than the weekly norm. The coin experienced a modest price change of -0.6% over eight days despite the positive volume delta. With five of the last seven days showing net buying, the current short-term dip appears to be a temporary pause in an otherwise active week.
