TRON Surpasses $30T Transaction Volume Milestone

TRON (TRX) Editor: Eugene Serbin

manilatimes.net reports that TRON has surpassed $30 trillion in total transaction volume, cementing its role as a leading chain for stablecoins. The network now hosts over 405 million user accounts and has processed more than 15 billion transactions since its MainNet launch. With over $28 billion in total value locked and $94 billion in circulating USDT, TRON leads all networks in year-to-date USDT transfer volume.

Approximately $6 trillion in USDT transfers have occurred this year, averaging $25 billion in daily volume. Crypto payment card volumes on TRON rose from 33% to 34% share between the first and second quarters of 2026. Justin Sun stated that crossing $30 trillion proves TRON is essential infrastructure for the digital dollar economy.

Institutional access has expanded with the Canary Staked TRX ETF (TRXS) and Bitnomial futures products. Anchorage Digital added native TRX staking and custody, while the Tokenized Hamilton Lane SCOPE Fund launched on the network. TRON was also included in the new S&P Pantera Digital Asset Index, marking a shift toward benchmark methodologies for blockchain networks.

Whalio data shows TRX trading at $0.3422 with a sharp divergence in short-term buying pressure. The 1-hour buy ratio sits at 87.8%, indicating intense immediate demand, while the 4-hour ratio is 49.1%, suggesting the surge is recent. The 24-hour buy ratio of 49.4% aligns with the 4-hour reading, showing that the broader daily trend remains balanced rather than heavily skewed. Volume delta reflects this shift, with a positive $2,717,673 in the last hour contrasting with negative deltas over the 4-hour and 24-hour periods. This indicates that while immediate buying has spiked, the cumulative flow over the last day has been net selling. The cumulative volume delta for the 24-hour period remains positive at $7,397,032, showing that buying has outpaced selling over the full day despite the recent reversal.

The latest daily buy ratio of 49.7% sits at the 33rd percentile of the last 322 days, against a median of 52.4% - ordinary for this coin.
