Uniswap Proposes Extending Protocol Fees To Arc
cryptocurrency.com.tr reports that Uniswap Labs has published a temperature-check proposal to extend its fee collection and UNI burn infrastructure to Circle’s Arc blockchain. The plan targets Uniswap v2, v3, v4 and UniswapX, which are already deployed on the network. If governance approves the move, protocol fees generated on Arc would feed into the same wider UNI burn system operating across other networks. Searchers can then claim those fees by burning UNI, linking protocol usage back to the token’s burn mechanism.
How the market reacted
Whalio's own Binance spot order flow for UNI, measured when this story was written up on 20 September 2026. Not the outlet's figures.
Uniswap (UNI) is trading at $8.67, with a 1-hour buy ratio of 50.7% and a 4-hour buy ratio of 45.4%, compared to a 24-hour buy ratio of 51.9%. The 1-hour volume delta is positive at +$71,420, while the 4-hour delta shows net selling of -$1,065,099 against a 24-hour positive delta of +$4,559,318. The buy ratio indicates the proportion of volume driven by buyers versus sellers, while the volume delta measures the net value of those trades. Short-term buying pressure appears to be fading relative to the 24-hour trend, as the 4-hour ratio drops below the daily average and shows negative net volume.
The latest daily buy ratio of 45.7% sits at the 13th percentile of the last 322 days, against a median of 49.2% - weaker buying than most days.
