World Money wallet launches with stablecoins and Stripe

Worldcoin (WLD) Editor: Eugene Serbin

holder.io reports that Tools for Humanity has launched World Money, a self-custodial wallet combining stablecoin payments with World ID. The new platform integrates Stripe to power fiat on-ramps and off-ramps for users. Verified World ID users benefit from zero-fee stablecoin transfers within the ecosystem.

Balances are held in user-controlled wallets rather than centralized exchange accounts. The app maintains its connection to World’s blockchain architecture while aligning with fintech user experiences. Availability of features varies by region due to local regulations.

Financial, yield, and card-related capabilities are restricted in parts of the United States and other areas. This launch marks an expansion from an identity network to a broader financial platform. Payments and stablecoin use become core functions alongside the existing identity verification. The rollout is not uniform across all markets as local rules dictate feature access.
