Stellar (XLM) Editor: Eugene Serbin

Cvj.ai reports that Stellar’s tokenized real-world asset market has reached $3.996 billion, marking a 360% increase in 2026. This figure represents a substantial rise from the $868.8 million recorded at the end of 2025. The network crossed the $1 billion mark in January, $2 billion in April, and $3 billion in June.

Spiko accounted for $1.55 billion of this value as of August 27, making it the largest disclosed contributor. The RWA market includes tokenized U.S. Treasurys, private and public credit, and non-U.S. government debt. Data from RWA.xyz showed roughly $490 million in tokenized non-U.S. government debt as of August 20.

Stablecoin transfer volume on Stellar reached an all-time high of $11.4 billion in Q2, up 72% quarter over quarter. This growth highlights expanding adoption of blockchain-based asset tokenization by institutional and retail investors.
