Solana Mobile launches $135,000 CLOCK IN hackathon

Solana (SOL) Editor: Eugene Serbin

cryptobriefing.com reports that Solana Mobile has announced the CLOCK IN hackathon, a 30-day competition offering $135,000 in prizes for mobile dApp builders. The event targets developers creating applications for the Seeker Android device and the Solana dApp Store, continuing the team's strategy of ambitious developer incentives. Ten grand prize winners will receive $10,000 each, while five honorable mentions will earn $5,000 apiece.

A separate $10,000 SKR bonus is awarded for the best integration with the Solana Mobile Stack. Winners also receive Seeker devices, prominent dApp Store placement, marketing support, and consultations with co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko. This follows the 2025 inaugural hackathon and the MONOLITH event, which closed in early March 2026.

MONOLITH attracted 403 submissions from teams across 66 countries, marking a 43% increase in participation compared to the first event. To qualify, teams submitted functional Android APKs with Solana Mobile Stack integration and Mobile Wallet Adapter support. The SKR bonus track specifically encourages deep platform adoption rather than simple web app ports. The 43% growth in submissions suggests that Solana Mobile’s developer credibility is accumulating steadily.

In the short term, the 1-hour buy ratio dropped to 42.4%, while the 4-hour ratio held at 52.8%, suggesting immediate selling pressure has eased but buying momentum is not accelerating. The 1-hour volume delta was negative at -$1,644,040, contrasting with a positive 4-hour delta of +$2,920,684. This divergence implies that recent trades favored sellers, even as the broader 24-hour trend remained net positive with a delta of +$6,530,780.
