Circle and Tereina Integrate USDC and EURC Into SAP Cloud ERP

USDC (USDC) Editor: Eugene Serbin

crypto-economy.com reports that Circle and Tereina have joined forces to enable corporate payments using USDC and EURC within SAP Cloud ERP. Eligible enterprises holding Circle Mint accounts can now send and settle transactions directly in digital dollars and digital euros via SAP Pay. This integration removes the need for standalone crypto gateways or alterations to existing accounting systems.

The move connects digital infrastructure with the SAP ecosystem, which underpins 84% of global commerce. Upon approving an invoice or purchase order, the system processes and reconciles payments in real time via enterprise blockchain. This process drastically reduces liquidity friction, cross-border settlement times, and operational dependencies on the traditional banking system.

The rollout supports the Arc enterprise network for sub-millisecond settlements, with fees paid in USDC. The next phase aims to integrate operations with SAP’s Joule artificial intelligence agents to automate global payment creation and approval. This announcement marks a key milestone for institutional stablecoin adoption.
