Aero Launches October 21 Across Seven EVM Chains Including Arbitrum

Arbitrum (ARB) Editor: Eugene Serbin

Cryptobriefing.com reports that Aero, the unified liquidity protocol merging Aerodrome and Velodrome, will launch on October 21, 2026, across seven EVM-compatible chains. The deployment includes Base, Ethereum Mainnet, OP Mainnet, Arc, Ink, Robinhood Chain, and Arbitrum. These predecessor protocols already accounted for roughly 17% of all EVM spot trading volume prior to the merger.

The inclusion of Robinhood Chain, an Arbitrum Orbit network launched on July 1, 2026, introduces tokenized stock products to the ecosystem. Aero utilizes Dromos Labs' MetaDEX03 technology to facilitate cross-chain swaps via a feature called Metaswaps. A single AERO token replaces the previous separate governance structures, with the protocol promising to distribute 100% of exchange revenue to stakers.

The economic model features Predictive Allocation, allowing sAERO holders to direct rewards to specific liquidity pools. Additionally, the protocol enables permissionless token launches without requiring team approval. Aero Lite has already deployed on Arc following a public audit contest that identified zero major issues.
